Woman's Press Club Has Chosen Officers

is at the Head.
The Woman's Press club
has elected officers as follows: President, Mrs. Alice Williams
Brotherton;
vice presidents Miss Thalheimer, Mrs. Thomas Gibson and Mrs. W. M.
Ampt;
recording secretary, Mrs. Amoretta Fitch; corresponding secretary, Miss
Alma Fick; treasurer, Miss Alice A. Folger; Press secretaries, Miss
Marthens,
Miss Burnham and Mrs. Millard Tyree; librarian, Miss Florence
Wilson.
Miss Folger will represent the club at the General Federation meeting
in
St. Louis.

ROGERS ARRESTED
Mrs. Fannie Rogers of Joliet,
ILL, wife of Sam Rogers, now under arrest for allegedly practicing a
trick
game, was arrested Monday night by Patrolman Monohan as she stepped
from
the house of H. A. Perkins, at 3315 Perkins avenue. It is said
she
was trying to compromise with one of her husband's alleged victims.
