CAFE OWNER SUCCUMBS

Thomas Fleming, 53 years old, for more than 30 years a cafe proprietor, died at his residence, 1525 Dixmout avenue, yesterday afternoon. Relatives stated Mr. Fleming never had recovered fully from injuries received at the hands of footpads about a year ago. He had operated cafes at Front and Butler streets, Third and Ludlow, Pearl and Ludlow and for th elast 18 months at Fifth and Eggleston avenue. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and Catholic Knights of America. John J. Gilligan & son, undertakers, are making arrangements for the funeral services.
