LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF AARON BORAM
Be it remembered, that I Aaron Boram of Symmes Township, Hamilton
County,
Being weak in Body, but of sound and perfect mind, and memory blest be
to god for the same. do make and publish this my last will and
testament
in manner and form following. that Is to say after funeral charges and
debts are all paid. first I give and bequeath to my Beloved wife
Elizabeth
Boram, all my personal and Real property during her natural life. at
her
death to be disposed of in the following manner to wit. to all my
Daughters,
dead, and living I give ten dollars a piece. to Each of my Sons
Deceased
I give ten dollars. to Betsy Boram, daughter of my Son Amos Boram
Deceased
I give one hundred dollars in cash. one Bedsted and beding. one bereau.
one Cow. and a sett of dresser ware. after the above mentioned heirs
are
all paid and all debts against the estate are settled. the property
then
left to be divided between my two sons Jackson Boram and Jonathan
Boram.
Lastly I appoint Daniel Boram and Jackson Boram to be my Executors. In
witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal. this 11th
day
of November. Eighteen hundred and forty five.

his last will and testament In the presence of us who at his request
and
in his prescence have hereunto Subscribed our names as witness to the

to the Honerable Judges of the Court of Common Pleas of Hamilton County
Ohio. We the undersigned having been Appointed Executors of the Last
Will
and Testament of Aaron Boram Late of Symmes Township Deceast Do hereby
Decline Serving as Executors of Said Estate and We Do Pray Said Court
to
Appoint Robert Botkin and Hamilton Mahan Administrators of Said Estate
with the Will annext.

#3: LETTER TO HIRE ATTNY
We the undersigned hereby authorize Francis K Butler to supply for
ua an attorney to prosecute a suit against other heirs of Aaron Boram
deceased
for the purpose of setting aside said will. Hereby ratifying and
confirming
any bargain which he may make with any attorney for this purpose.

#4: AGREEMENT WITH ATTNY
We the undersigned heirs at law of Aaron Booram deceased, agree to
pay to Henry Snow, the different sums annexed to our names for
professional
services to be rendered by him in instituting and conducting a suit in
the Court of Common Pleas of Hamilton County, Ohio, for the purpose of
setting aside the last will of said Aaron Booram. Said sums of money
are
to be paid by the subscribers individually upon the termination of the
suit, provided it
shall be decided in our favor. But if decided against us than we are
to pay nothing for said services. And the said Snow agrees to institute
and conduct said suit to its termination for the different sums hereto
subscribed, provided they amount in all to five hundred dollars. And if
unsuccessful in said suit he agrees to charge nothing for his services.
Witness our hands this day of August 1847
